Ownership and licensing are stated in the contract for each engagement. Third-party libraries, licensed assets and reusable components are identified rather than treated as a blanket transfer. I will be explicit about this before work starts.
The current offer is responsive web applications and internal tools that work well on phones and desktops. If a native app is essential, I will say so and help you choose a more suitable route.
